La Coruña, 5 March 2026.- Ecoener has obtained the highest score from the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), the first time it has taken part in this international environmental reporting and management benchmark. The company was given an overall score of B in the climate change category, which is the maximum attainable for a private evaluation using the CDP methodology.
The evaluation included key factors such as climate change strategy, risk and opportunity management, emissions reduction initiatives, environmental governance and engagement with the value chain. In each of these areas, Ecoener had the highest score possible, demonstrating its solid performance in line with the major international standards, and consolidating its commitment to continuing improvement and the inclusion of ESG criteria in its business model.

CDP is a non-profit organisation with an annual environmental scoring process that is considered the leading standard worldwide for corporate environmental transparency. Through a rigorous questionnaire, CDP evaluates critical aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, climate-related risks, and sustainability strategies, enabling investors, companies, and public authorities to measure and manage their environmental impact.
